SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Stars will ship internationally. Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you go to checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Stars ships daily. We pride ourselves upon the speed of dispatch. We use Royal Mail and typical UK delivery is 3 days. If you need you order in a hurry, please contact us to arrange next day delivery. Overseas deliveries are typically 6-10 days from dispatch.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
Customers wishing to return an order should contact Stars to request their refund. Items should be returned it their original packaging in a 'new and unused' condition. Customers are responsible for the return postage costs. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the goods. Please retain proof of postage for your returned item.
